Very well written and aparrently insightful column. Too bad no one or hardly anyone cares about the Bisons.
Yeah there are lots of people in the seats but people don't talk about them
at work or at home the way they talk about majr league sports teams. It's the sad truth that Buffalo is a minor league sports town that has the benefits of holding on to their two remaining major league teams from the days when we were a major league city.

In the last fifteen years Rochester hs football has far surpassed Buffalo. Section V has produced 5x as many state champions in all classifications and have won 3 out of every 4 games against Section VI.
Facilities and coaching better, yet Buffalo is the bigger city. Syracuse has provided more competition. Section V has
won more state playoff games and state championships then any other section in state. Buffalo needs to allow ALL SCHOOLS IN SECTIONALS AND STATES TO COMPETE.

Its time to put Rochester and Syracuse area football Ito classic match-ups. Making a long story short? We want into the SECTION "6" Monsignor MARTIN AND Harvard Cup
